The Aloha 360 is a podcast produced and hosted by Maui residents John & Leslie Caubble. Our primary focus is to help people learn about Maui, whether you’re a first time traveler, repeat visitor or planning to follow your dream of living on this amazing island. Upcountry Maui on the slopes of Haleakala is a region that you don’t want to miss out on! Typical reactions are “I can’t believe this is Hawaii,” “It’s chilly up here,” and “I can’t get over the views!” From miles of hiking trails, numerous organic farms, and exploring Haleakala, there’s plenty to see and do for people of all ages. The north shore towns of Paia and Haiku are much deserving of time in your schedule for exploring, shopping and dining. This is the launching area for the famous Road to Hana road trip, and you can experience a taste of that journey with a drive out to Twin Falls.

Aloha! Most visits to Maui begin in Kahului, where the main airport is located. Not many people spend a lot of time exploring Kahului, Wailuku and their surroundings during vacation, but there are hidden gems not to be missed. Wailuku is the county seat where all the business gets done, but it’s also home to local shops, boutiques, and coffee houses. Kahului is a water sport capital and home to Kanaha Beach, a mile of beautiful beach, green lawn, shade trees, and picnic areas.
