"The Beauty and The Beast of Starting Now"- The Strategy of Fitness- Episode 11- February Series Get Uplifted

In this episode we talk about Nick (former Navy Special Warfare Operator) , Dan (PT, DPT, SCS), and Rob's (PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS) background of who they are and what led them to start their podcast The Strategy of Fitness. How their podcast is a fusion of raw experience balanced with formal training backgrounds. Their main mission which is to teach training techniques that inspire their listeners to try new things in the gym and create episodes that leave their listeners with actionable items to help them to improve.
