Upgrade Your Brain, w/ Jim Kwik

Chase, what can I say! This one really resonated with me on so many levels. I have had two traumatic bike accidents as a kid that resulted in brain injury and eye muscle damage and external scars. I also just lost my mother to Alzheimer's & Parkinson’s. I also realize that I’m not always present when speaking with friends, let alone strangers (plus I realize they see through me too - as my eyes drift / attention wanders, as if I’m bored, “yada yada yada”). I really felt the emotion and positivity of Jim’s ‘tricks’ sweep over me and know that I can implement them in small, simple steps — even at 58y.o. This is one of your best podcast guest in my mind this far. Thanks brother!
