Dave Chang has a few questions. Besides being the chef of the Momofuku restaurants and the creator and host of Netflix’s 'Ugly Delicious,' Dave is an avid student and fan of sports, music, art, film, and, of course, food. In ranging conversations that cover everything from the creative process to his guest’s guiltiest pleasures, Dave and a rotating cast of smart, thought-provoking guests talk about their inspirations, failures, successes, fame, and identities.

Good and funny
Recommend not to listen this show when you are taking a bus/subway. I bursted into laughing during my subway ride and people looked me like I’m some kind of crazy person.
Only 4
Had to knock it down a star - too much of stoned Chris’s laugh recently
Fresh
Dave Chang is open, honest, and genuine, and in the world of oversaturated media, Simmons picked another gem. Delving into the creation-side of the hospitality industry, I find the pod has almost been therapeutic in nature by reaffirming that while I may be going insane, it’s par for the course. Thanks for the great work Dave, it’s been helpful, insightful, and above all, a treat to listen to.
