People are always attracted to authenticity. The opposite is also true, people are repulsed by inconsistency. In order to live the good life and lead others to Christ, we have to be consistent in our Christian living. It means taking the time to disciple those younger and less mature than you. It means being disciplined and self-controlled. It means working hard for those in authority over us and modeling the good life for others.
