A good podcast about diet

I like a lot of what is said on this podcast. It covers areas related to diet that are very interesting. The presentation is upbeat.

Apologies for being pedantic, but there is an unpleasant smugness about the whole affair though. And In an effort to be engaging, perky and fun, the episodes tend not to go into sufficient depth. The presenter and guests are highly qualified but the content is at times dumbed down to the point of being patronising.

Less perkiness, more dull science please. Good attempt and keep it up!
