This podcast has helped me get more in touch with my fitness and get a more in depth perspective about the reality of building a great physique while being vegan! Love every one of them!
Dissapointed
I’m vegan and into fitness. I just listened to ‘why you hit a weight loss plateau’ hoping to get some useful insight, but it was so dissapointing. Basically he says ‘get a coach and he’ll tell you’ lol. Most useless 9 min I spent today.
