Decided to give this a go, I find it so helpful and in some add way, peaceful talking to yourself because you truly are your own best friend. Your mind can be mean at times so it’s just a very refreshing moment when you talk to yourself out loud like if you were talking to a friend about how you feel or what you got going on for yourself, just remember to always be kind to yourself.
