In the latest episode of Tennis Weekly, Joel and Kim catch up on the grass court season so far, which saw a dream week for Dutch Wildcard Tim Van Rijthoven winning at home in S’Hertogenbosch and a maiden title for Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia in Nottingham.
With Andy Murray reaching his second tour final of the season out in Stuttgart, there are many positives to take from his performance this week despite fresh injury concerns having arisen. Meanwhile, Ekaterina Alexandrova upset Aryna Sabalenka to take home the Libema Open trophy ahead of a Wimbledon neither player are able to participate in.
Joel also tests Kim with a Queen’s Club focused Par for The Courts ahead of the tournament starting, and they discuss the latest news that Glasgow will host the Billie Jean King Cup Finals in November and that ATP Masters events are about to change from 2023.
