17 year old Belinda VanLith has been missing for fifty years now. At the time of her disappearance she was described as five foot five inches tall, about one hundred ten pounds with blond hair and blue eyes. Belinda was house sitting for a neighbor at the time. She failed to attend her sister’s going away party on June 15th, 1974. Her family contacted the Sheriff’s office and reported her missing the following day. Accounts from that time have narrowed her disappearance to prior to the party. Foul play is suspected. Anyone with information about Belinda VanLith is asked to call the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at 763-682-7879 or 763-682-7637.

In 2007 twenty eight year old Crystal Bradshaw was murdered in her home in Boiling Springs, South Carolina. Unfortunately, this case has remained unsolved. The night of the homicide, an unknown person was seen in the carport of the home. This person left the scene before police arrived. There is a composite sketch of this person. This week we respond to the many requests to cover the John O’Keefe case / Karen Read trial with two hours of Garage coverage. John O’Keefe was a veteran officer with the Boston Police Department. Sadly, he was killed in January of 2022. His body was recovered in the snow at the property of another law enforcement officer. John's girlfriend Karen Read is accused of hitting John with her vehicle and leaving him to die. The State says it’s murder. The defense says it’s murder. Now, hear what the Garage has to say.

Trusty true crime banter
Nic and the Captain deliver a very well researched podcast that has amusing banter and lots of original content and commentary. Out of all the true crime podcasts out there, it's the one that I feel sensationalises the crimes the least. I listen a lot now and enjoy every episode!

Very well researched podcast with great rapport between the hosts. The sound quality is great and every episode is interesting. The music is original and the entire thing is really professional.
I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts and I'll be honest - I didn't like this one at first because I thought the captain's nickname and the banter about drinking (and the cut of your jib!) seemed cheesy. But you guys grew on me! I'm sorry I ever doubted you.
