He protected the Hawaiian island from being taken over by France, and his presidency was inadvertent. His name is Millard Fillmore and he’s our nation’s 13th President.

His daughter was briefly married to Jefferson Davis, the President of the Confederate States of America shortly before his death. And this President died in office. His name is Zachary Taylor, and he’s our nation's 12th President.
