4 Steps to Emotional Healing
Emotional healing is a process. If we assume pain as some form of a loss, then the different stages are grieving the pain, assuming the loss, mourning it and then accepting the loss. Healing takes a lot, but the end product of accepting is the goal one must look forward to.
