What does love mean to you? How can we define the word "love" so that we can understand it beyond the facet of family and loved ones. I sit down with my good friend Alex to talk about how love is more than an "I love you" to your partner or family. It is important to dive deeper into the meaning of love so that we can better understand our neighbors and have the ability to treat others as they deserve.

On this episode, I present my ideas about moving up and how it differs from the idea of moving forward. I present my idea on Listen, Understand, and Solution, what it means, and how you can implement it into all aspects of life to gain momentum and move UP.

I am joined by my friend, Marc Palumbo, to talk about different things we feel are important in order to achieve near or full empowerment over our mindset. We draw our ideas from a book we've read recently and attempt to create a dialogue on how we interpret the advice provided within the book.
