What the holidays look like for those with depression and/or anxiety Real Talk About Depression

    • メンタルヘルス

How do the holiday's impact someone currently experiencing depression? On this podcast we discuss just that, as well as ideas on how we can not only improve our mental health during the holidays, but also during the gray and cold winter. Most importantly, this episode serves to make sure you don't forget that you are not alone and that plenty of help is available!

Our guest is Elizabeth White. Elizabeth is a crisis supervisor with the Portage Path Behavioral Health Services located in Akron, Ohio. Elizabeth has her MSW (Master of Social Work) with her LISW-S  (Licensed Independent Social Worker with my Supervisor Designation).  She completed her undergrad with the University of Akron in 2009 and earned her master's with the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2014. She's been working as a social worker for 12 years.
