You are not too busy to be confident in your career... with Jaya Bhardwaj
This week we have a guest episode with another one of my good friends, Jaya Bhardwaj, a recent grad working in tech and a part-time content creator. We discuss a wide range of topics, from navigating gender biases in the workplace, seeking out new opportunities, and our best advice for applying for and getting jobs in a competitive market. Although our fields are so different, many of our experiences have been the same, and we've both learned so many lessons in our few years in the work force that we want to share with you guys!

You are not too busy to post on social media... with Arasteh Gatchpazian
For this week's episode we're back with one of my good friends Arasteh, a PhD student and content creator that I met through social media. We chat about our opinions, tips, and experiences with entering and being in the content creation space. Loved this discussion so much because we've had a lot of similar experiences with doing content creation on the side - having different goals for our pages, comparing ourselves to full-time creators, and maintaining our drive and passion in our busy lives.
Check out Arasteh on Instagram and TikTok @her.healthful and listen to the episode we recorded for her podcast "her healthful"

You are not too busy to be the most confident version of yourself
Hello hello! So sorry I missed last week's episode, but following my own advice from this week's episode I'm going to be more consistent with it going forward :) Anyway - this week's topic is one that I've talked about a lot in previous episodes but it deserves its own - self confidence. We talk about my opinions, tips, and experiences over my 24 years so far (and it was only interrupted by my pager twice haha)

You are not too busy to change your mind... with Isabelle Heikens
My first in-person guest episode in such a long time - had such a good time recording this episode with Isabelle Heikens, a pharmacy student turned content creation focussing on fashion and food. We've had so many similar experiences over the years that this episode pretty much became a shared stream of consciousness. We talked about everything from our entry into the content creation space, the connections between education and the real world, and our future plans and goals.
