She is the author of two best-selling books, Dirty Diversity and The Pink Elephant. She is a senior contributing writer for Forbes having authored over 350 articles. In 2022, Dr. Janice was recognized as one of LinkedIn’s Top Voices in Racial Equity. Dr. Janice is a Ph.D.-trained Industrial Organizational Psychologist and teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in business. She is a TEDx speaker and the host of the Dirty Diversity podcast where she discusses all things diversity, equity, inclusion.
