Ben O'Shea - The West Australian
Ben O'Shea always has all the goss & at this time of year - it's bound to be christmas related. Blackers also couldn't believe that the AFP have to investigate themselves, there is great news for woman's footy in the South West with the exapansion of the ladies SWFL in 2018 and according to the RAC, December 23rd is the most likely day to crash on WA roads.

Dan the Internut
Dan the Internut's App of the Week is perfect if you're still helping the big man decide who's naughty or nice! Blackers always finds much humour when it comes to Donald Trump's twitter account - today was no different & Noleen from Margaret River gave the 8:30 Eight a red-hot shake.

Aaron - Out of Bounds
The WACA test and the Aussies domination of the 3rd Test has been the talk of the state of the last few days - this morning Brekky Show Producer Aaron brought us up to speed with all of the weekend's sports action in Out of Bounds. Blackers also probed the merits of investing in Bitcoin, after some horrific accidents here in the South West road safety was back on the agenda, and Jim from Margaret River gave the 8:30 Eight a red-hot shake.

Holly - Oceanic Marine
Good weather for fishing today and tomorrow (not so good on Sunday!) and with a window open for lovers of Dhufish tomorrow as well, it was the perfect time to catch up with Holly from Oceanic Marine. Cliff dropped in for another edition of Cranky Old Men and Busselton Mayor Grant Henley gave the 8:30 Eight another crack....

Tania Jackson - Harvey shire president
Could a new lithium refinery create more than 500 jobs here in the South West by 2019? We heard all about it this morning when Harvey shire president Tania Jackson joined Blackers for Breakfast. Being a 40 year member of the WACA, we were lucky to catch up with Barry Urqhart before he heads to the last ever WACA test match & we also caught up with Bunbury Mayor Gary Brennan

Dan the Internut
With Christmas in the air, Dan the Internut's App of the Week could be very handy if you've ever lost your car while Christmas shopping! The possible return of Fran Drescher and The Nanny didn't get Blackers very excited, we showed off our (very average) acting ability in What's My Scene & it's hard to believe that The Great Barrier Reef may no longer be with us in 2100.
