    While we are releasing this episode ahead of the 2024 Western States Endurance Run, this talk on all things crewing and pacing is truly evergreen. This is a double-header episode hearing from two experienced pacers and crew members: Amelia Boone and Alex Hildebrandt. Both have experience successfully crewing and pacing elite athletes. Off the trails, Alex works full time in the tech industry and Amelia as an attorney and pop-tart connoisseur!
