Finding the time to do things you both enjoy as a couple is a great way to spend time together, break routines and re-energize your relationship. If Valentine’s Day seems stressful or stupid to you because you are either single and don’t want to be forced to spend time with other singles, or you just can’t stand the idea of love, don’t treat the day as a “Valentine’s Day.” Treat it as a “Treat Yo Self” Day. Spread love and positivity regardless! :)

2022!! The year of new beginning and change! As it begins, we feel that we need to make changes in our life, start on a new path, do new things, and say goodbye to old habits, problems and difficulties. Often, we. start making new plans and new resolutions. We might feel elated, inspired and hopeful, but sometimes also, apprehensive.
The question is whether we will continue and persevere or quit our plans and resolutions. I hope we always choose positivity even it seems that we feel we are falling apart.
