    Episode 3 - A Villain's Bane!

    Episode 3 - A Villain's Bane!

Episode 3 takes inspiration from my English Advanced Year 11 unit and well... Over this year we’ve studied many texts including both “Gattaca” and “Fahrenheit 451”, both of which I reference. The unit I took heavy inspiration from was “Narratives that shape our world” as it explored the concepts of utopia and dystopia, which is fitted well with the stimulus B, “I became convinced that noncooperation with evil is as much a moral obligation as is cooperation with good.” - Martin Luther King Jr. Originally, I had planned to write imaginatively but was curious as to how much I could write under the limits of discursive. I am not proud of the amount nor the subject that I wrote. I was hoping to explore the concept more and yet ended up in a messy string of words with no suitable way out. Referencing subject matter was easy but drawing the correct meaning was an area I struggled with. As for textual evidence to prove the influence of the texts… well I’d have to rewrite my whole paragraphs here for you, and I'm not doing that!
