My next guest is the one and only, Art Collins!! Community organizer. Teacher. Rapper. Slammer. MC. A poet at heart, he's been involved in poetry for over twenty years. Influenced by Rakim, Wu-Tang Clan, Ghostface Killah and Scarface, he started writing and performing in his teen years. He's been featured at events such as Lizard Lounge Poetry Slam, Afrocentrics, Verbalization and Art Is Life Itself to name a few. We talk about Twisted Angles, SOLAR Panel, and about what art means to us. He blesses the mic with a performance of a classic piece, "Naturalistic Linguistics". We are also blessed with a surprise appearance (and performance in the Bonus Segment so stay tuned after Art's session) by Episode 21's Cole Rodriguez. It's a really fun and exciting show. 🙂 Come vibe with us.
