Today's episode is on how the human standing in front of you is the most important thing in that moment. I recorded this before quarantine and it's interesting how this all still rings true and maybe even more so now?

Episode 14- Hardwiring Your Brain for Gladness
Today's episode is a minisode with an exercise on bringing more gladness into your day! It's easy to recall our pains, our mishaps, our failures, and that type of thinking has kept us safe from future harm and injuries. SO in order to be more grateful, we have to practice the skill of remembering what brings us joy, love, peace, contentment, gladness, and gratitude. When we allow ourselves to experience those events, we are training our brains to seek those moments and bring more gladness into our lives!
