    The holiday season is here and some of us are dealing with the constant worry of weight gain or appearance which might trigger feelings on how we truly feel about our bodies. In this episode Jessica and Sharonda discuss their feelings with body image, where their insecurities and expectations stem from, experiences from the past, and how they are learning to love and be kinder to their bodies, ESPECIALLY during the Holiday Season! Ask Yourself: What's one way I can celebrate my body? What has my body helped me do in the last few days? Where else can I put my energy today instead of worrying how I look? How am I going to show my body grace and love at this moment?

Dina not only shares her professional journey, but she takes the time to have a vulnerable conversation about her personal journey, seeking love and validation from within, staying in the light, body liberation and how to work towards being present every day.
