Just This Breath is designed to support you in cultivating a personal mindfulness practice. Join us for guided practices and discussions of mindfulness-related topics. Mindfulness involves learning to pay attention to what is happening in the present moment in a manner that is compassionate, nonreactive, and nonjudgmental, and can assist us in getting out of the cycle of habitual stress reactivity and develop greater stress resilience.
Produced by Davis Behavioral Health.
