Miss Lei'Lani White is the founder of Youthrepreneurs 4 Life as well as a motivational speaker and an author. Her book garnered her a National PTA award at the tender age of 9. She is the co-founder of The Warriors 4 Epilepsy Foundation in honor of her uncle, Dannee White. 

In '2016, she was named as the chairperson for her middle school's chapter of the National Junior Honor Society for outstanding academic achievement. She was also one of ten Girl of Merit Award recipients in the state of North Carolina for academic performances, for her commitment to community service and other causes, and for activities that she has been involved in and outside of Wake Young Women's Leadership Academy.
