Since quarantine started, I’ve been faced with the challenge of being still. Being still was something I was used too, it’s not who I am. Well at least that’s what I thought. I was used to the hustle and bustle of my life which often left me feeling deprived of something. I had to find ways to cope while reminding myself that it’s ok to be still.
