Don’t feel guilty about taking care of yourself. If you don’t take care of yourself, you’ll burn out, and then you won’t make any progress. You have to take care of yourself! If you need to go do something, try to make it productive. Unplug from your electronics and take a notebook with you. You need to recover. Take an hour or a day. You can’t afford not to.
