Who am I without...?
After struggling with an eating disorder and other maladaptive coping behaviors for such a long time, I thought I was those things. I lost who I was and part of recovery was finding out who I am without those things. In this episode, I will explore some of the things I needed to work through and discover to find myself again outside of the eating disorder.
