    Dr. West is Professor of the Practice of Public Philosophy at Harvard University and holds the title of Professor Emeritus at Princeton University. Dr. West has written 20 books which include his classic Race Matters, Democracy Matters, Black Prophetic Fire, The American Evasion of Philosophy, The Radical King, and Prophecy Deliverance. He collaborates and creates with musicians, can be seen on the big screen in the Matrix film series, and participates in many television programs discussing major societal issues. Dr. West is the cohost of the thought-provoking and illuminating podcast The Tight Rope with Professor Tricia Rose.

    Rob Johnson serves as President of the Institute for New Economic Thinking. Johnson is an international investor and consultant to investment funds on issues of portfolio strategy. He recently served on the United Nations Commission of Experts on International Monetary Reform under the Chairmanship of Joseph Stiglitz. Previously, Johnson was a Managing Director at Soros Fund Management. He was an Executive Producer of the Oscar winning documentary, Taxi to the Dark Side, directed by Alex Gibney, and is the former President of the National Scholastic Chess Foundation. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of both the Economic Policy Institute and the Campaign for America’s Future.

    John Sinclair is an author, poet, and activist. In 1966-67 the jazz poet, downbeat correspondent, founder of the Detroit Artists Workshop, and underground journalist joined the front ranks of the hippie revolution, managing the Avant-rock MC5 and organized countless free concerts in the parks. In 1971 John Lennon wrote and performed the song, John Sinclair, during the legendary John Sinclair Freedom Rally. Sinclair authored a beautiful book dedicated to John Coltrane entitled Song of Praise.
