there is strength in knowing what to take in and what to leave behind because it proves that you are aware of who you are and what you are still lacking—consciousness is power.

in ways of achieving true gender equality, we must first know how to “detoxify” norms that are creating unhealthy gender, societal, and political patterns. 

it's time to  give men the space to redefine what is the essence of being man for them— a space for them to express their weaknesses and vulnerabilities that they will feel more in tune with their true selves. because just like us, men also deserves to be appreciated and regarded, in all of the colorful, different ways that they are. 3

done is better than perfect. this episode talks about outgrowing spaces, evolving, and learning but remaining rooted with grace.

if there is one thing that I learned this year, it is that we never truly arrive at a certain destination; we are in constant transition-- season to season.
