Different audio explorations with running, walking or working out. Nothing perfect, just creatively exploring the audio world of various fitness journeys. Most episodes make use of Spotify playlists, so are only available from Spotify.

It also has BPM-runs, different “compositions” with stable number of beats per minute, thrown together with Garageband. I am not a composer, I just required some stable beats per minute to run to.
