There are many conversations happening about the psychological impact of racial bias and identity within the field of psychotherapy. There is however still much to do, as the worry about the race conversation is ever present. This episode of the 'Black and Asian Therapist Podcast' reflects on the experiences of BME students on Euro-American therapy training courses. The podcast also explores how therapy-training organisations might be supported to better facilitate these students to both explore their racial identity whilst they train and still get through the training programme.
