Being Dad of a girl is the best though the most challenging role in life of a man. You want to be Her hero, someone She can always count on. Your daughter means a world to You, doesn’t she? But can You look in the mirror and say: “I do my best for my daughter”? I’ve come to realize recently that I could have been better dad. What I realized as well was that to be best dad You must become the best version of Yourself as a man. And I decided to make it whatever it takes. It’s not an easy road though, with a ton of mistakes made everyday. This podcast is the dad’s road story.

Health is one of the most, if not the most important issues You must assure for Your child and Yourself so You make a good example. And I wasn’t a good example for years. I’m most ashamed of the fact that I smoked. This is a short funny story about the quickest way I know to quit smoking thanks to Your daughter ;-)
