Biden order restricts how many migrants can seek asylum at southern border
President Biden signed an executive order that temporarily blocks migrants from seeking asylum when border encounters hit a certain number. The president used the announcement to set himself apart from his predecessor and chief rival, former President Trump. The move is one of the most restrictive Biden has taken on the border.
