    How to have a super productive day each day without signing up to a 5 or 6 am club?

    How to have a super productive day each day without signing up to a 5 or 6 am club?

    We all want to be productive despite our busy schedule. There is lot of talk happening around 5 am or 6 am club. However, this does not suit everyone. There are several reasons for that

    - You are working on a different time zone than where you are living in. Or you are working on shifts. Hence, you work from 4 pm to 11 pm.

    - You are not comfortable with early to bed early rise schedule

    - You have tried it earlier but are unable to follow through. Jumping from 8 am wake up to 5 am is not sustainable.

    - Others.

    Should you be left out. Is there a way out for you to be productive and energetic as well?

    Well... I coach busy people - corporate professionals and budding entrepreneurs excel personally, socially and professionally by adapting to high energy lifestyle. I teach them 7 Early morning rituals which help them stay productive and energetic through the day. Personally, this helped me to stay positive and focused when I faced challenges in my profession and had to switch businesses.
