    Your body needs to move a little bit, stretch a little bit, breathe a little bit, hydrate enough.. on a daily basis. And do all of these with a purpose. And they not only need to be done once during the day they need to be done a few times throughout the day. Especially as you get older.

    I want to increase my vegetable intake especially my cruciferous vegetables which will help to flush estrogens from my body. Because I am lazy and undisciplined with food preparation I'm going to try to get them in first thing in the morning for breakfast. I'm going to do this for one week straight then give you a review on how my body feels. This morning I felt great by doing a whole bag of broccoli.
