I despise those “Got a minute for a quick chat?” people — unless they are actually quick.
My name is Larry G and I am an Accountability Coach who averaged 3-4 hours of sleep for 2 years while working a full time job, when I was attending school in the evening and on weekends. Yes, my routine had to be very efficient which means no time for “You got a minute?”
On this podcast, I will be sharing quick plays you can run in this game we call “Life”. The plays will consist of advice on self improvement, relationships, and business in effort to normalize efficient thought provoking conversations.
