Law Beyond Borders ELSA Tilburg

In this episode of Life After Global Law we are joined by Lingxi Zhong, Corporate Legal Counsel at EOS Holding GmbH and graduate of the Global Law program of the class of 2017. After his graduation from the GLB program he went on to do several masters at VU Amsterdam in corporate law and behavioral economics, as well as another LLM from UCLA School of Law. Since February 2020, he is admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia and has spent some years at Delloite.

In this episode, we delve into Life after Global Law with Johann Bambino, valedictorian of the Class of 2021. Following the completion of his LLM at Leiden University, he transitioned into the role of Junior Legal Counsel at DLL. Johann will guide us through his journey of entering the Dutch legal practice from an international background, providing valuable insights into commercial transaction practices. After successfully completing his LLM at the University of Edinburgh, he went on to become a Junior Company Lawyer at Intertrust Group. In today's episode we delve into international law agreements governing territory division between Israel and Palestine. Are there any international laws on this matter? To answer this question, we look into three United Nations' Resolutions : resolution 181 II, resolution 242 and resolution 338. These resolutions are put in perspective with two bilateral peace agreements: Camp David and Oslo I and II.
