We're Done! What's Next?
We did it! We finished the school year. In reflection, we are learning what worked and what didn't. Our job now is to define what's next. The answer to the question is to prioritize the student perspective. With some adjustments, we can better support our students, especially the ones that struggled. Those who return to the start of the school year in person after all they went through during this pandemic year will need something new. It will require that we do a few things I share today.
