There are many similar holidays in Korea. First of all, Chuseok is like Thanksgiving in America.
On that day, we give thanks to everybody. Second, we have Parents’ Day.
It is like Mother’s Day in your country. Finally, Chinese New Year’s Day is the biggest holiday
in Korea. We celebrate the new year too, but on the Chinese calendar.
한국에는 (미국의 명절과) 여러 유사한 명절들이 있어요. 우선, 추석은 미국의 추수감사절과 비슷한데요.
그날, 우리는 모두에게 감사를 표해요. 둘째, 어버이날이 있는데요. 이것은 당신네 나라의 어머니의 날과 비슷하죠.
마지막으로 구정 명절은 한국에서 가장 큰 명절이에요. 새해를 기념하고 축하하는데 음력으로 하는 거죠.
