AEO is back! After a long hiatus, we are back with a special guest like always! Joining me today is Mr. Indraneel Chitale, a fourth generation partner at the Chitale Group. We discuss his journey from being an engineer to contributing to building the business, the concept of a 'food company', the environment it functions in, the changes made over the years and the future! He also elaborates his perspective regarding disruption in any sector. Also, we discuss with him the learnings he got from wearing three hats - as an entrepreneur, as a partner and as a start up cofounder.

AEO: Food Appreciators Turned Restaurateurs
A new episode awaits you on AEO! On this episode, I am joined by the owners of a recently opened restaurant in Pune, The Verandah – Indrajit and Ranjit Mehendale. Notably, despite not having any formal education in hotel management, they are ambitiously running the place, Together, we discuss about their origin journey, love for food and nature, some of the hardships and lessons that they learnt over the course of the pandemic in the food and beverage industry. Amongst other things, they also emphasize on how important it is to embrace your roots and not be carried away by any form of success coming your way.

AEO: A Teacher Teaching For 30+ Years
In the premiere episode of AEO, it's an absolute delight for me to invite a school teacher of mine, who has been a teacher for more than 30 years! I am a student of Abhinav Vidyalaya, situated in Pune, India, and Mrs. Avanti Bayes Ma'am taught me Marathi, which is also my mother tongue. Being kids in school, we never really got a chance to understand her origin and journey. Given that AEO aims to be a platform for sharing such experiences, it was an absolute joy to host Bayes ma'am on this episode.
