Early in her career, Dr. Kimberly Clay saw the gender gap in education and health firsthand while working in underserved communities across the South. This led her to establish Play Like a Girl a non-profit organization working to level the playing field for girls by leveraging the skills gained from sports to propel young women into male-dominated careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Today she is a mom, businesswoman and stem pioneer.

Javiera Balmaceda has more than fifteen years of experience in the entertainment industry managing different content related departments for various international media companies. She is currently the creative lead for Amazon Originals in Spanish Speaking Latin America. Javiera was the studio creative lead for the FIFAGATE drama "El Presidente" created by Armando Bo, the political talk show "Pan y Circo" hosted by Diego Luna, as well as "El Juego de las Llaves", “Un Extraño Enemigo”, "De Viaje con los Derbez" and many more. Javiera was also a part of the team that launched Amazon Prime Video in the regions.

Jen’s life ended up taking a one-way trip toward the adventure of a lifetime when she posted a Craigslist ad offering herself as a bridesmaid for hire to strangers around the world. The ad went viral and just three days later, started her first business, Bridesmaid for Hire.
Since, Jen has penned three books “All my friends are engaged”, “Always a bridesmaid (for hire)” and “Finally the bride” which document her extraordinary and unbelievable journey. Jen has also contributed to countless epic publications and has made appearances on good morning America, the today show, access Hollywood, TLC, and the Tameron Hall show. She’s also been asked to speak on stages for audiences at SXSW, She's the First, HBO, Google, Wharton School of Business and Creativity Next.
She is also the host of the podcast You're Not Getting Any Younger which help listeners make big changes in their lives, starting with small things.

Jose was instrumental in launching the MTV Latin America Video Music Awards in 2001 and also executive produced some of the most memorable MTV Unplugged for Latin artists like Ricky Martin, Julieta Venegas, and Juanes garnering him three Latin Grammy’s for his production work. Most recently he has been executive producer of the Latin Grammy’s and in 2019 won an Emmy for this show, Premios Juventud, Premio Lo Nuestro, and many more!
