You DON’T have to be extraverted to be a confident person. Society values extroverted people more! But even Extroverted people aren't always confident. Being confident is more than just being loud and a good talker. Confidence is built off of taking action in areas that you feel discomfort in. Confidence comes from knowledge & understanding after years of studying and experimenting because someone took the action to try and understand. Confidence comes from self-awareness. Knowing who you are and what you like.

I'll share some of my own perspectives and experiences that let me to quitting one thing but doubling down on another. I also go over self awareness and how to effectively know and understand what it is you want to pursue and how to truly figure out who you are.
