My intention for this podcast is to create spaces where people I admire & respect within my communities, along w/ myself, can share what we have to say on any given topic! Regrouping, reflections & biggest lesson of 2021 + new year "resolutions"
In this reflective episode (2) of Listen Linda, Menna begins by discussing the unforeseen curve balls of this fall with the demands of grad school along with the importance of time management. She also goes on to reflect on the year she's had as we're boiling down to the last few weeks of 2021 (how crazy). From spending nearly the first half of the year in Philly post-grad, to getting accepted into grad school, lots of domestic traveling, and quality time with family + friends, Menna concludes that 2021 was perhaps her best year in her 20's (wild right?). She also goes on to touch on the value of fostering self connectedness, self respect, etc. which was the BIGGEST lesson of 2021!
