The Motivation Lie
As a fitness coach, one of the things I hear most often is, "I just don't have the motivation."
We all say it, I'm guilty as well. But what we really need is more drive and commitment, not motivation. Motivation lasts for minutes. Drive keeps us taking action to achieve our goals.
In this episode, we discuss the difference between motivation and drive, as well as some tools that may help you keep pushing toward your goals.
