You Anoint My Head With Oil

You Anoint My Head With Oil

Have you allowed God to anoint and fill you with the presence of the Holy Spirit? In this week's episode, Heidi dives into Psalm 23:5 and breaks down the purpose of the Shepherd pouring oil on a sheep's head and the spiritual meaning this act represents.

When I Walk Through the Valley

When I Walk Through the Valley

For Bible Study Week 4, I walk us through Psalm 23:4 “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” The key to walking through a dark season is to keep moving. Lean in and be encouraged as we learn how our Good Shepherd stays close to us, especially in the darkest seasons.

    He Restores My Soul

    He Restores My Soul

In this episode, we’ll be diving deep into Psalm 23:3: “He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness....”

I’ll be sharing with you about “restoring your soul” and “guiding your steps”. Two things of which our Shepherd takes great joy in! Just as a shepherd is constantly on the lookout for his sheep, so is our Shepherd, constantly looking out for us.

    Green Pastures & Quiet Waters

    Green Pastures & Quiet Waters

Sheep can't sleep unless the conditions around them are perfect. Otherwise, they are restless, fearful, and discontent. It is the Shepherd's job to find a place for them to rest and the sheep's job to keep their eye on the Shepherd as he leads them. We too have to keep our eyes on the Lord in order to have rest in seasons where it seems like it's impossible to have peace and be still. Join me for Week 2 of Bible Study as I break down Psalm 23:2 “He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside quiet waters.

The Lord Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want

The Lord Is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want

For Season 2 of "Would Someone Please Tell Me What To Do?!... Conversations w/ Heidi Reiszner", I will be teaching a 6-week study on a very familiar & loved Psalm - "Psalm 23: The Lord is my Shepherd".  For Week 1 of Bible Study, Mrs. Heidi takes us through what it looks like for the Lord to not only be our Savior but to also be our Shephard. In the natural, sheep are completely dependent upon their Shephard for their livelihood and well being. The sheep completely trust their Shephard to tend to them, lead, care, and provide for them, etc. Do we allow the Lord to do the same for us and are we satisfied where our good Shephard leads us?
