This week Aisling and Andrea discuss a new dating term that Aisling maintains she's been talking about for years (of course) which is the concept of 'cushioning'. Overlapping partners, basically, to cushion the emotional blow that moving between relationships can bring. We also give our best advice about how to break up with someone with respect and kindness, as well as detailing some of our own worst break ups.
