Todays episode is proudly Brought to you by Womb Nutrition and The Beauty Company.

This is Tom’s first time chatting publicly about parenting as he is mostly is interviewed about mental health and his infamous decision to walk away from AFL and “give up” $2million to end his contract at The Bulldogs. Tom has a (nearly) 2 year old daughter named Armani, and a wife named Anna. Although Demi couldn’t help but quiz Tom on his incredibly interesting and unique AFL career, we get to learn about Tom’s life before football, a bit about his own parents “parenting styles” and how that shaped him, as well as his insightful goals and thoughts about his own parenting style and the importance of a solid relationship. Tom mentioned he is generally misunderstood as arrogant and felt that being an overachiever as a child can at times be detrimental and shameful. Tom is an incredibly intelligent, logical and down to earth guy who is able to articulate and explain things so clearly! We learnt so much from him! Post football, Tom has released a book 'Nowhere to Hide', works in the mental health space with Work Safe and has a full-time job in football analytics! We hope you love this chat as much as we did!!
