Poll shows mail ballots are actually misused.
Here's a link to the Rasmussen/Heartland poll l I mention in the video. It reveals as much as 21% of mail ballots are filled out by someone other than the voter who received it or was submitted by a voter who knew they didn’t live in the state or district where the vote was to be placed.
