When the LORD spoke to Abraham about His plans for him, what exactly was He saying? The text l, when read in the reality of Abraham at the time, not just as a story, would reveal the challenging nature and the unrealistic state of God's proposition. . . Yet Abraham believed, and it was counted to him as righteousness.
